We have worked with Sue many times and will continue to work with Sue in the future due to her top notch customer service. It is always nice to have someone you can contact to assist you in booking a trip as well as making changes on the fly when you are traveling. One of our best experiences with Sue was when we booked our European Honeymoon Trip. From the very start Sue was a big help in making suggestions on how to organize our travel by booking our flights first and then arranging all our other transportation as we traveled through out Europe. Her knowledge as an experienced traveler was also an asset when she suggest we stay longer in certain locations. The best part was 3 months after we had booked our flights and paid all the deposits, Sue contacted us to alert us that the price of our airline tickets had dropped by $250 per seat and got us credits. That is just a sign of her customer service as she said she would periodically check our flights from time to time.
